Run with Docker
This is the quickest way to try the wallet. You only need Docker.
git clone https://github.com/angelonardone/DistributedCryptographycd DistributedCryptographydocker compose up -dThen open http://localhost:5000 in your browser. It takes you to the wallets page.
The wallet answers only on this computer: wallets are created and used from the computer where the wallet runs.
The first run builds the application from the source code, so it takes a few minutes.
Where your wallets are kept
Section titled “Where your wallets are kept”Everything the wallet keeps is stored in two Docker volumes: distcrypt-wallets (the wallets) and
distcrypt-data (the rest, such as the folders used to exchange large files). They survive rebuilding and
updating the container.
Use another port
Section titled “Use another port”Create a file called .env next to docker-compose.yml with the port you want:
APP_PORT=8080Inside the container the app always listens on port 5000.
Update
Section titled “Update”git pulldocker compose up -d --buildThe HSM service
Section titled “The HSM service”The HSM REST service is published at http://localhost:5000/HSM/rest/..., on this computer only.
